Allowance

✓ Compare By Allowance Allowances are shown in kilograms, with an approximate bag guide to keep things easy to compare.
✓ 12kg Bag Minimum For subscription usage, each bag or load counts as one subscription bag with a 12kg minimum against your allowance, even when it weighs less.
✓ Locker Bonus Locker use gets a little more allowance because it gives the business more flexibility.

Service Setup

✓ Locker Or Delivery Every plan can be bought in either locker or delivery mode, chosen during checkout.
✓ Recurring Extras Recurring extras can be added on the next step if you want a more tailored setup.
✓ Pay-As-You-Go Requests Extra pay-as-you-go collection requests still sit outside the subscription and follow the normal postcode and booking rules.
