Service Rules

• Minimum Load: The minimum charge for serviced laundry is 6kg.
• Suited process: It is your responsibility to ensure garments are suitable for our standard 40° wash and low-heat dry. Processes are carried out at your own risk.
• Check Pockets: Please check for pens, coins, or paper. We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.
• Unclaimed Items: Items not collected after 30 days will be disposed of.

Collection & Delivery

• Minimum Order: £30.00 for free collection/delivery.
• No-Show Fee: A £10.00 fee applies if we cannot collect/deliver as scheduled without 2 hours’ notice.
• Bagging Surcharge: An additional £20.00 surcharge may apply if our driver is required to bag items for you.

Subscriptions (“The One Plan”)

• Cancellation: Requires no less than 1 week’s notice before the term end.
• Refunds: Pro-rata refunds apply based on usage and standard (non-subscription) rates.

Self-Service

Self-service machines are used at your own risk. Please check machines for foreign objects before use.
