What’s the story?

We wanted to make the launderette experience different, taking the stress out of one of life’s little chores. With free WiFi, comfy seating, and extended opening times, we do whatever we can to make the experience hassle-free.

Do you collect and deliver in my area?

We broadly service the 3-mile area around our shop (BS7 8PB). Minimum order value for collection is £30.00.

What’s the parking situation like?

It’s complicated! Mon-Fri: no parking until 09:30 or between 16:30-18:30. Saturdays: 1-hour limit between 09:00 and 18:00. Sundays are unrestricted.

How do service washes work?

We charge by weight. You can choose to have it folded or not. You may select the type of detergent we use and specify special instructions like wash temperature.

How about color separation?

If you separate: £4.00 for 2 separations (loads up to 8kg). Over 8kg, 2 separations are included free, then £4.00 per extra separation. If we separate: Flat £4.00 per separation. Alternatively, we can use color catchers for 50p.

What if I want a refund?

We don’t offer refunds, but at our discretion, we may provide store credit, a re-clean of an item/load, or a gesture of goodwill payment.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, WiFi is free for all customers using our washers or dryers.
